Workout for the day :

-Joint Mobility 20mins

-4mins Jerk per hand w/ 20kg (8min Set)

-3min Clean per Hand w/ 20kg (6min Set)

-3mins Clean and Jerk per hand w/ 20kg (6mins Set)

-10 Snatch per hand, rest 60secs, and repeat 4 sets w/ 20kg.

Merry Christmas!!

 

Here's my quick set from today. Snatch Test. Goal was on or about 10rpm, 4mins per arm. 90 reps total. 46L 44R. Lots of little mistakes im noticing here.
Will clean it up technique and up the cardio and re-shoot in 2 weeks or so.
