Today I had my first workout in a few days as I caught the flu and was out of commision. I felt like myself again today which was great although I had a minor case of the sniffles. Otherwise all was good.The goal today was using my breathing for timing. Its coming together now. All 10 sets were exactly the same which is what I wanted.

WARMUP - Joint Mobility

WORKOUT - 2mins Jerk @ 8 RPM w/ 60secs rest x 10 Sets. Every set did 16reps. (160reps total)

COOLDOWN - Deep Stretch

Workout - 2mins Jerk 2x16kg (15reps), 60secs Rest, Repeat 5x

6mins Jerk 2x16kg. Lost count at around 40rep mark.

Cool Down - Long Stretch
