Great training session today. I feel the improvement coming along.

WARMUP - Joint Mobility 10mins

WORKOUT - Jerks 2x16 (20), 2x20 (15), 2x24 (10), 2x20 (15), 2x16 (20), 2x20 (15), 2x24 (12), 2x20 (15), 2x16 (20). Total Time completed 26mins.

COOLDOWN - Deep Stretching and Foam Roll 30mins

TOTAL TIME = 66mins.

-4mins LC 2x16

-25 Cleans per hand 16, 20, 24, 20, 16 (No Rest)

-Stretch 20mins.
