Back to Nature.

 

So today after hearing so many reviews and people raving about it, I have decided to test out a modified version of a plant based diet from now until the end of May 2011.

The only animal product I will be eating is fish. I'll try to eat it as little as possible though. I won't be taking any supplements (not that I do anyways), no milk, no steaks (I'll miss you), no chicken and no Doritoes (I'll miss you too).

If it doesn't grow on a tree, plant or in the ground then I won't eat it.

So, I'll keep you all posted. :)

My First 2x20kg 10min Jerk Set.

45reps in 10mins. I was shooting for 50reps so I missed the target but I am happy with it.
