Train hard and train smart. Sweat is a good thing. Fatigue is merely a feeling that will go away once you have completed your task. We are all about results driven training. We don't do anything that doesn't work. We don't care for the gimmicks and fads out there being sold to people everyday. Its all about working hard, sweating, sacrificing and striving to be better than everyone else. This is what we do. :)
This year we will host the Hong Kong Kettlebell Sports Weekend! Bigger than last year! More kettlebells, more chalk, more lifter and more eduction. This sport is growing and we are at the center of the movement!
